We start in Newcastle where Edgeworth FC continued their impressive form with a 2-0 win over Broadmeadow Magic.
And it was the 22-year-old Japanese sensation Keigo Moriyasu who made the difference.
He came on around the hour mark and provided a crucial assist to help break the deadlock before netting himself in stoppage time to seal the win.

They will be quietly confident of progressing to the Round of 16 when they travel to tackle FNQ Heat on the opening night of the FFA Cup on July 27.
As for Heat, they were held to a 1-1 draw by Brisbane City in the PS4 NPL QLD over the weekend with prolific Jamie Carroll netting in the final four minutes to rescue a point for the hosts.
The Cairns-based outfit lead Queensland’s premier competition ahead of Brisbane Strikers and have qualified for the Round of 32 for the third straight year, though they have yet to make the last 16.
However Strikers, who face Darwin Rovers away in the Round of 32 on July 27, suffered a shock 2-1 loss at home to Olympic FC on Saturday. The loss meant they missed the chance to close the gap on the Heat.
Rovers meanwhile continue to impress in their first season in the Darwin Premier League, downing heavyweights Hellenic 4-3 in a seven-goal thriller over the weekend.
The win helped Rovers jump into second place on the table, though the undefeated Darwin Olympic remain on top 14 points clear.
Sydney United 58 appear to be hitting form at the right time after clinching silverware over the weekend with a hard-fought 1-0 win over Manly United in the Waratah Cup Final.
Blacktown had the weekend off but remain United’s closest rivals six points adrift on the ladder, with both sides enjoying a win apiece in their two clashes against each other this season.
NPL 2 outfit Marconi Stallions came from three goals down to secure an incredible 4-4 draw with Bankstown Berries on Saturday with former A-League striker Mirjan Pavlovic netting a double for the hosts.
Stallions’ Round of 32 opponents Hume City enjoyed a 3-0 win over Melbourne Knights over the weekend with Tom Cahill netting a brace at ABD Stadium.
The 2015 FFA Cup semi-finalists remain in fourth spot in the PS4 NPL VIC, nine points adrift of Bentleigh Greens.
