In a repeat of last season’s Cup final, traditional rivals and in-form pair Adelaide City and West Adelaide clash in a cut throat Westfield FFA Cup encounter at Adelaide City Park this Saturday.

Adelaide City have won four successive games in all competitions, scoring 22 goals in the process and conceding just twice. Against Campbelltown City last week the Black and Whites also kept their first clean sheet of the PlayStation 4 NPL South Australia season.

West Adelaide warmed up for the Cup showdown by thumping Modbury 7-1, their third win on the trot. They remain the only unbeaten side in the league and are now three points clear at the top of the table.

The Anzac Day encounter promises to provide another intriguing chapter in the history of these two former NPL clubs.

The match will be streamed live via www.nplsa.com.au

White City host Salisbury United in what will be an enthralling Westfield FFA Cup Preliminary Round contest at Frank Mitchell Park. Don’t be fooled by their respective league campaigns as both sides can put on a show when at their best.

A pressing issue for White City is a lean stretch of goals, having only scored one in their last four league outings, while Salisbury United had recently turned their fortunes around.

With no second chance for the loser it is going to be a massive Friday night of Cup football.
