Kamsoba was named the first recipient by the Fox Sports football department, with whom Mike worked as a commentator and pundit.

An exciting attacker, Kamsoba scooped the accolade after sparking Avondale's entertaining run to the Quarter Finals.

The 22-year-old featured in all three of his side's Final Rounds matches and was on target in the 4-1 win over Devonport City that booked the team a date with Sydney FC.

Kamsoba will receive the medal prior to kick-off in the FFA Cup Final 2018 at Coopers Stadium on Tuesday night.
