Their task for the next round could not be much tougher, having been drawn with recently crowned A-League Premiers & Champions Melbourne City.

The match will be the first ever game played in the Round of 32 on a weekend, with a standalone Sunday fixture between the two powerhouses beginning a shift in the competition to weekend matches.

With the home ground advantage, South will benefit from the support of their passionate fans at Lakeside Stadium and could be a big chance to pull off a Cupset!
