FFA Cup quarter-final draw revealed

The draw for the Westfield FFA Cup 2015 Quarter Finals has thrown up a host of enticing encounters headlined by reigning Hyundai A-League Premiers and Champions Melbourne Victory pitted up against current Westfield FFA Cup holders Adelaide United.

Perth Glory will host Western Sydney Wanderers FC in the second all-Hyundai A-League encounter, while Heidelberg United will host Melbourne City FC in the solitary clash between a Member Federation club and a Hyundai A-League outfit.

The other Quarter Final features a local PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues Victoria derby between Hume City and Oakleigh Cannons, ensuring there will be at least one Member Federation club to reach the Semi Finals.

The Quarter Final draw was conducted after the last four Round of 16 matches were played and decided earlier tonight, the results leaving five Hyundai A-League clubs and three Member Federation sides still alive in the competition.

Notably, five of the last eight teams are Victorian, the draw seeing three of the four Quarter Finals to be played in Melbourne.

The specific match details in regards to dates, venues, kick-off times and broadcast details for the four Quarter Finals will be announced in the coming days.

The four matches in the Westfield FFA Cup Quarter Finals are set to consist of two matches a night across two nights, scheduled on two of the following dates – Tuesday 22 September, Wednesday 23 September, Tuesday 29 September and Wednesday 30 September.

FOX SPORTS will broadcast two of the Quarter Finals.
