The draw for the Westfield FFA Cup 2015 Quarter Finals will be conducted tonight on FOX SPORTS 3 at the conclusion of regulation time in the four Round of 16 matches.
The draw will be shown on tonight’s FOX SPORTS coverage of the final four Round of 16 matches on FOX SPORTS 3 (Channel 503) and will be conducted by former Newcastle Jets, Melbourne Heart and Sydney FC midfielder Matt Thompson.
Three (3) Hyundai A-League clubs (Adelaide United, Melbourne City and Perth Glory) and one (1) Member Federation club (Heidelberg United) have already qualified for the Westfield FFA Cup Quarter Finals, with the final four entrants to be determined tonight.
At least another two Member Federation clubs are guaranteed to reach the last eight, with the other two spots to come from the winners of the Member Federation v Hyundai A-League encounters – Rockdale City Suns v Melbourne Victory and Palm Beach SC v Western Sydney Wanderers FC.
The draw will see the final eight clubs separated into two pots – Pot A for the remaining Hyundai A-League clubs and Pot B for the Member Federation clubs.
Once the draw has been conducted, the specific details in regards to dates, venues and kick-off times for the Westfield FFA Cup Quarter Finals will be announced in the coming days.
The Westfield FFA Cup Quarter Finals will consist of two match nights, scheduled on two of the following dates – Tuesday 22 September, Wednesday 23 September, Tuesday 29 September and Wednesday 30 September.
FOX SPORTS will broadcast a match on both nights of the Quarter Finals and provide updates and crosses to the other two matches, which will also be streamed online at www.foxsports.com.au/football/ffa-cup/ffacupondemand and Apple TV via FOX SPORTS Now.
