The semi-final details have been confirmed, with the live draw taking place on Monday, 7 May.
State League 1 side, Cumberland United, will host National Premier Leagues outfit Adelaide Comets.
That match-up will take place on Tuesday, 22 May at the Adelaide Shores Football Centre.
The winner will go on to play the victor out of the other semi-final between another State League 1 side, Modbury Jets, against the 2017 NPL champions Croydon Kings.
That semi-final will take place the day after on Wednesday, 23 May at Valo Football Centre - The Parks.
