Member Federation clubs eyeing more NAB Golden Goals in FFA Cup

Member Federation clubs have already pocketed a handy $25,000 – thanks to NAB Golden Goals – in the FFA Cup in 2018, with two more clubs getting the chance to add to that tonight.

Lions FC and Bonnyrigg White Eagles will add some cash to their club’s coffers if they can find the net against Hyundai A-League opposition.

Any Member Federation club that scores against a Hyundai A-League side will score $2500 thanks to NAB’s initiative.

After $15,000 was earned during the Round of 32, a whopping $10,000 was won on the opening night of the Round of 16 last week.

NSW NPL club APIA Leichhardt were the big winners, pocketing $7500 for their three goals in the massive 3-2 upset win over Melbourne Victory.

And despite going down against Cup holders Sydney FC, Cairns FC scored $2500 as a result of their 2-1 defeat to the Sky Blues.

So now it’s the chance of Lions FC, who take on Adelaide United in the feature match, LIVE on Fox Sports channel 505 from 7pm (AEST).

And there’s a western Sydney derby, with Bonnyrigg White Eagles going up against Markus Babbel’s Wanderers, who conceded three times against Hellenic AC in the last round.

What a fantastic opportunity for these Member Federation clubs to earn some extra money by scoring a goal during regular or extra time (not in shootouts though) tonight!
