Northern NSW Round 6 draw finalised

Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) conducted the official draw for the Westfield FFA Cup Qualification Weekend yesterday at Westfield Kotara on the all new ‘Rooftop’ area.

The official draw was conducted by Westfield Kotara Facility Manager Kate Griffith and NNSWF CEO David Eland.

Northern Pool representatives include Urunga FC and Norths United (Armidale), while PlayStation® 4 National Premier League’s sides include Hamilton Olympic FC, Edgeworth FC and Lambton Jaffas FC. NEWFM 1 st  Division teams include Belmont Swansea FC, Thornton FC and Singleton FC have also secured their places in the Westfield FFA Cup Qualification Weekend.

The Westfield FFA Cup provides PlayStation 4 NPL Northern NSW clubs and Northern NSW Club teams the opportunity to progress to the Round of 32 and the chance to play off against Preliminary Round club-based winners from fellow states, as well as Hyundai A-League Clubs.

The Qualification Weekend format will see four Southern teams drawn against each other and the remaining two Southern teams drawn against the two Northern teams in the ‘Final Eight’ fixtures.

The winners of the ‘Final Eight’ matches will progress to the ‘Final Four’ fixtures. All ‘Final Four’ fixtures will be drawn from the hat on Saturday June 18 to play on Sunday June 19.

The two winners will automatically qualify to represent Northern NSW in the Westfield FFA Cup Round of 32.
