Sydney United went on a scoring rampage as they crushed FNQ Heat 7-2.

Re-live the Magic of the Cup: nine-goal extravaganza in Sydney

How often does a team win 7-2? And do it after going down to the first goal of the game?

Sydney United showed how it's done after an extraordinary night in Sydney's west in the FFA Cup Round of 32 of 2017.

Panni Nikas with a cheeky Panenka penalty and a  Yutaro Shin brace the highlights of the home side's rampage as they helped a red-hot United steamroll the Cairns based side 7-2.

Incredibly it was Heat's  Jamie Carroll with the opener on 23 mins for the North Queenslanders.

Heat's Jamie Carroll bagged the opener. But things went downhill very quickly for FNQ Heat in Sydney

It truly turned into a Cup classic as United very quickly got in their groove.

For the record, goals to Glen Trifiro, Mat Sim, Yutaro Shin (2), Panny Nikas, Adrian Vranic and Chris Payne did the damage for the hosts.

After Carroll's opener, Charlie Beverley was on target with a penalty late for a consolation second goal for Heat.
