Revealed: The FFA Cup 2019 Goal of the Year

The poll has closed, the votes have been tallied and the winner of the FFA Cup 2019 Goal of the Year can now be revealed.

And the fans have decided that Perth SC’s Paul Zimarino’s goal against Balga was the best of the lot in 2019.

Zimarino picked up more than 40% of the fan vote, finishing 10% higher than the next best goal.

The Perth attacker is the first player to win the FFA Cup Goal of the Year with a strike from the Preliminary Rounds.

“To all the fans thanks you so much, it’s a big honour,” Zimarino said of his award.
