The two spots for South Australia in the FFA Cup Round of 32 are up for grabs with the Semi Finals confirmed for later this month.
The draw was conducted via Football South Australia on Friday, with the two ties set to be played across June 22 and 23.
The two winners of the ties will progress to the FFA Cup Round of 32, joining A-League side Adelaide United as the South Australia representatives of the competition in 2021.
Adelaide Olympic were drawn to host Campbelltown City, both of who were the representatives from Football Australia in the 2019 edition of the FFA Cup.
The other tie will see former National Soccer League Champions Adelaide City host MetroStars. City have only made one appearance (2014) in the FFA Cup Final Rounds, while MetroStars will be looking to reach the last 32 for a fourth time.
