A Cup upset against A-League opposition, a three goal comeback and a dramatic penalty shoot-out. See the best goals from an action packed Match Day 2 in the Westfield FFA Cup on Tuesday night.

Green Gully are the toast of Australian football today after becoming just the second Member Federation club to knock out a Hyundai A-League side courtesy of a stunning stoppage time goal on what was another engrossing night of the Westfield FFA Cup.

A stupendous 92nd minute strike from just inside halfway from Liam Boland capped off a remarkable 2-1 come from behind victory for Green Gully over the Central Coast Mariners, the Victorian PlayStation 4 NPL side joining Adelaide City as the only other club to claim a Hyundai A-League scalp in the Westfield FFA Cup’s history.

Captain Daniel Jones drew Green Gully level in the 85th minute to cancel out Blake Powell's opener before Boland produced a piece of Cup magic just minutes from full time with a goal not dissimilar to Danny Choi's wonder strike for Blacktown City on the Round of 32's opening night.

Further to the result, Green Gully also pocketed $5,000 thanks to the NAB Golden Goals initiative.

In other results, two goals on debut from Wollongong local Lachlan Scott and a thunderbolt from Mitch Nichols saw Western Sydney Wanderers FC come from 2-0 down to defeat Wellington 3-2 at Campbelltown Stadium.

After leading three times throughout the night, 2014 Semi Finalists Bentleigh Greens needed a penalty shootout to finally outlast a gallant 10-man MetroStars in a thriller in Adelaide.

Bentleigh appeared destined to win the tie at the end of 90 minutes before Terry Theodorou equalised with literally the last kick in regulation time to send the match into extra time.

Troy Ruthven put the Victorians back in front but former Adelaide United favourite son Travis Dodd bobbed up to make it 3-3 and see the tie get decided by penalties.

Quality strikes from Nick Fitzgerald and Anthony Caceres saw Melbourne City FC survive a scare as Floreat Athena made their more fancied opponents work right up to the final whistle at Dorrien Gardens in Perth before the Hyundai A-League outfit claimed a 2-1 win.

But the night belonged to Boland and Green Gully as they etched another memorable chapter into their history.

The next four matches in the Round of 32 will be played tonight, headlined by the FOX SPORTS broadcast of PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland club Redlands United up against reigning Hyundai A-League champions Adelaide United. Coverage begins at 7pm AEST on FOX SPORTS 5 (Channel 506).
