Melbourne Victory are through to the FFA Cup 2021 Semi Finals after knocking out 2014, 2018 & 2019 Winners Adelaide United on Wednesday night. 

Adelaide were on track for a 13th consecutive FFA Cup win with a 1-0 half-time lead courtesy of a Craig Goodwin free-kick special. 

However, the Victorians turned it around in the second 45 minutes, with Josh Brillante equalising before Francesco Margiotta netted a spot-kick to send Victory into the last four for the first time since 2016.
