Fixtures locked in for final round of Victorian action

Nine remain, but only four clubs can advance to the FFA Cup Round of 32 from Victoria as the final Round 7 fixtures were drawn on Monday.

Football Victoria is the final member federation to have clubs qualify, with previous fixtures postponed due to the recent lockdown in the state.

Just one fixture from Round 6 is yet to be played, with Oakleigh Cannons facing Green Gully, and the winner will go on to face South Melbourne for a spot in the national Round of 32.

In the other fixtures, Port Melbourne were drawn against Moreland Zebras, Avondale FC will host Pascoe Vale, and Monbulk Rangers will travel to Hume City.

Monbulk are the only non-NPL side left in the draw, and the Men's State League 2 South-East side - which is four leagues lower than Hume City - face a tough task to qualify for the Round of 32 for the first time but will be up for a fight.

Fixture details will be confirmed soon, with matches set to take place before the FFA Cup Round of 32 Live Draw in early July.
