Floreat Athena completed the final four of the WA preliminary section of the Australia Cup with a 1-0 win over Balcatta Etna at Frank Drago Reserve last night.

Floreat now face Cockburn City for a place in both the Australia Cup national Round of 32 and a place in the State Cup final. Cockburn won the State Cup last year while Floreat lifted the trophy on the previous two occasions it was held, in 2021 and 2019.
The other WA semi-final is between Inglewood United and Sorrento FC, after the Gulls beat Swan United 6-0 earlier this week.
Both games are set to be played next week. Full details will be posted once confirmed.
