That's a Wrap: Australia Cup Finalists Decided!
It started with 775 Clubs from across the country with the first Preliminary Rounds in February. Seven months later we are down to just two Clubs ready to battle it out in the Australia Cup Final 2023.

Sydney FC secure fourth Australia Cup Final
A goal in each half saw Sydney FC edge past Melbourne City at AAMI Park, getting up 2-1 in the early kick off to make it through to the Australia Cup Final for a fourth time.

Brisbane Roar battled to a 1-0 victory over Melbourne Knights at a packed Knights Stadium with an opportunistic goal from Thomas Waddingham.

Australia Cup Final to take place at Allianz Stadium
Football Australia announced on Tuesday that Allianz Stadium in Sydney will host the Australia Cup Final 2023 between Sydney FC and Brisbane Roar FC on Saturday, 7 October (7.45pm AEDT).
Tickets start at $12 Junior, $15 Concession, $25 Adult, and $65 Family and will go on Football Account and Club Pre-Sales at 2.00pm AEST on Thursday, 28 September, with General Public On-Sale at 2.00pm AEST on Friday, 29 September via Ticketek.
The host city and match day venue for the Australia Cup Final is at the discretion of Football Australia, where venue suitability and availability are key factors in any determination.
With Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium unavailable on the weekend of October 7 and October 8, Ballymore Stadium under renovation with a reduced capacity, and Kayo Stadium’s (Redcliffe, QLD) capacity at 10,000, Football Australia confirmed Allianz Stadium as the most suitable venue to host this year’s Final.
