Al Hassan Toure – Adelaide United

The classy teenager was sent clear but a precise through-ball by right-back Ryan Strain.

Toure showed great awareness to spot City goalkeeper Dean Bouzanis leave too much space at his near post, arrowing in a low shot to give the Reds the lead.

Ben Halloran – Adelaide United

Toure went from scorer to provider, using all his strength to hold off a defender on halfway before sending Riley McGree into space.

McGree summed up the situation perfectly, spotting an unmarked Halloran in the box to roll the ball past Bouzanis.

Nikola Mileusnic – Adelaide United

McGree was again involved, this time putting the ball out in front of Halloran on the right.

Halloran slid the ball across the face of the goal for Mileusnic to tap in from close range.

Another flowing team move from the Reds, with Kristian Opseth and Mileusnic combining well down the left.

The latter cuts the ball inside to the left boot of McGree who, with his back to goal, fires on the turn and all Bouzanis can do is watch the ball roll into the bottom corner.
