In a replay of last year’s Westfield FFA Cup final, Sydney FC hosted Melbourne City in the last eight of the 2017 competition.

And Jordy Buijs sent the Sky Blues on the way to a comfortable 2-0 win – and exact some Cup final revenge – with a classy free-kick.

The Dutchman’s moment of magic came after just seven minutes when he lifted his shot up and over the wall, curling it into the corner of the net from 20 metres out.
